Full detail on how to get to Farnborough can be found in the visitor section of this website
To help you planning your visit and to get the most out of your attendance at the Conference, here’s some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about Logistics UK’s Future Logistics Conference at ITT Hub 2021.
All visitors who register for ITT Hub 2021 are automatically registered for the Future Logistics Conference. Both are free to attend. You can register to attend ITT Hub 2021 by clicking here.
Attendance at each session of the conference is on a “first come, first served” basis, so it is not possible to book places for individual sessions. You simply turn up, have your visitor badge scanned, and attend a particular session.
The ITT Hub 2021 exhibition will take place at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre. The conference sessions will take place in four different conference rooms, which are all immediately adjacent to the main indoor exhibition hall.
Each of the four conference streams have been allocated individual conference rooms. The location of each room will be clearly signposted at the venue during both days of ITT Hub 2021.
Visitors to ITT Hub 2021 are free to choose how many conference sessions they attend and can mix and match between streams. Many visitors will want to allow time both to participate in the conference programme and to walk around the indoor and outdoor exhibition space.
The full programme is detailed on this website, which is searchable by conference stream, session title, content, speaker name, or session venue. There is also a facility which allows you to add individual sessions to your personal calendar or diary.
No – there are different programmes across each of the four conference streams on both days. Again, the programme detailed on the website will allow you to tailor the sessions to your requirements/itinerary.
Yes – you can come on either or both days to suit your plans and it is completely free!
We are expecting a large audience for Tim Peake’s keynote address, but it will be held in the largest conference room at Farnborough, with extra seating also laid out for his session. We do advise that you get there nice and early to avoid disappointment though!
There is a dedicated section on this website which lists all the speakers and moderators who are taking part at the Future Logistics Conference. It also features speaker biographies too. Keep an eye out on this section, as new speakers will be progressively added to this section as and when they are confirmed.
Most of the programme has now been finalised. However, additional speakers will continue to be added early in 2021. If there are any changes to the programme, they will be updated on the website.
When you complete the online registration to attend ITT Hub 2021, you have the option to received regular updates by email on all aspects of the event, including the conference. You can also get updates by following ITT Hub’s social media channels (links to which can be found in the top right hand corner of this website’s homepage), as well as subscribing to the online news channel www.itthub.net .
Presentation material will be available for download from the ITT Hub event website www.itthub.co.uk after ITT Hub 2021 has concluded. Material will also be available through the online news channel www.itthub.net.
