Any exhibitors or visitors requiring a visa application letter to enable them access into the UK can do so via [email protected] after registering to attend the show.
ITT Hub will then provide a letter stating that the person has registered to attend the show. This does not guarantee their visa will be granted.
There are several catering facilities across the show site. There is a café and café bar in the exhibition hall and two outdoor food courts offering take-away options. Seating is available in all food areas. Drinking water is available from all catering outlets. All catering outlets are cashless (card only).
Visitors are permitted to bring their own picnics.
Please ensure that you do not bring any sharp items i.e. knifes and corkscrews. These will be confiscated at the gate.

There is a disabled car park onsite which is free of charge to blue badge holders. Access is via Gate F.
Please display your blue badge in your car as you approach. You will be directed by Traffic Marshals to the disabled car park. Spaces are on a first come first served basis. Should all the spaces be full, you will be directed to an alternative car park.
Please ensure your carer has also registered to attend the show.

Whilst we do not allow animals on site, guide and assistance dogs are permitted
There are plenty of toilet facilities on site. There is also an accessible toilet and drinking water in each indoor toilet block.
There is limited free Wi-Fi in Hall 1.
The use of photographic equipment is allowed for private and domestic purposes only. All other recording and any transmission are prohibited. As a condition of entry to the show you assign to the Organiser (by way of a present assignment of future copyright) the copyright in any photographs or recording you make at the show.
PLEASE NOTE: The Organiser’s official photographers take photographs and video recordings of attendees during the show and may use these for marketing purposes.
No. Due to the nature of the event, the use of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) or drones for filming or photography is strictly prohibited on site, unless arranged by the Organiser.
The show will go ahead regardless of the weather. If it does rain, the outdoor area will remain open, however the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend any part of the show due to adverse weather conditions.
The exhibition hall and terrace are covered. The outdoor area may have areas of cover. Indoor areas may be subject to maximum capacities.
In the event of injury or illness, locate the Medical Centre within Hall 1 (detailed on Show Map) or contact any of the Organisers or Security Staff who will arrange assistance.
There are no cloakroom or left luggage facilities. Please leave items in your vehicle.
Yes. There will be a multi-faith prayer room in Hall 1, identified on the show map.
In line with UK law, smoking is limited to certain outdoor areas. Smoking is not permitted in any enclosed space i.e. halls, chalets, or cafes, or in close proximity to the display vehicles.
No dogs, (or any pets), apart from guide and assistance dogs are allowed on the show site.
Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is located just off the A325, accessible from the M3 (J4) and A31. For Satnav directions please use the following post code that will take you to Gate F – GU14 6TQ
There are also brown road signs for “Exhibition Centre” when you get to Farnborough if you do not have Satnav. From here follow signs for event car parking. Parking is free.
Traffic Marshalls will direct you to one of our car parks on arrival. There may be a short walk from the outer car parks.
Yes, please ensure you bring your portable charger with you as the connection is directly into the mains.
There will be a limited number of dedicated charging bays that offer free 1-hour charging slots in Car Park 1. Once on site and you will be directed to the relevant area.

There is a free shuttle bus service from the station. These will run continuously between 0700 – 1900hrs during the open days of the show.
Farnborough Main is the primary station, has a more regular service, and is the quickest station to get too from London Waterloo. There is a continuous free shuttle bus service during the open days of the show.
Local Taxis are familiar with the access routes and are able to drop off at the venue. Taxis from outside the borough of Rushmoor must come through Gate F as above.

The Welcome Reception will be held onsite between 1700 – 1830hrs on Wednesday 30 June 2021. Tickets can be collected from the Organisers’ Office any time before 1630hrs.

Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre does not have any storage facilities for early deliveries. All deliveries must be arranged for when you are onsite to receive them.

Tips for exhibitors
- Please ensure you adhere to the speed limits around the site.
- Everyone working on the build or break must wear a visibility bib.
- Look after your valuables and don’t leave them unattended on your stand
- Ensure you check your Exhibitor manual for the build and break process
- Make sure you know your entry gate to site this is GATE F

COVID 19 secure measures
Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre is a safe environment; it is certainly not short of space and the staff are trained and committed to ensuring guests and suppliers feel confident and looked after when they on site. Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre have developed a set of guidelines in line with the agreed industry ‘All Secure Standard’ and government advice ready for reopening and hosting safe events.
The Organisers and the Venue will closely monitor the government guidance and therefore any planned measures remain dynamic and subject to change. The answers below are based on the regulations as they stand today. They will be updated as soon as more information is known.

Face coverings must be worn indoors, unless exempt.
Please inform a member of staff upon arrival, there will be masks available from the registration area for a charitable donation.
Please inform a member of staff and we will provide you will a lanyard, so you are not asked to wear a mask during your visit.
Thermal screening technology may be present dependent on the regulations at the time.
Your pass will be scanned at the point of entry. This will be used for the venue’s track and trace process. You do not need to submit any other information in advance. Please make sure that your contact details are accurate when you register to attend. Farnborough International will only share this information with NHS Track and Trace within the 28-day period if it is necessary to do so.
Please do not come on Site if you fall into the ‘at risk’ category, or you live with someone in the ‘at risk’ category. If you have any of the following symptoms, you also must not visit the event:
- High Temperature
- Dry cough · Headache
- General flu like symptoms
- Loss of taste or sense of smell
Please leave the site immediately if you have any Covid-19 symptoms. For any other medical requirements there will be medically trained staff on site if you require any immediate attention.
Parking spaces are provided close to the venue, please be mindful of sustaining social distancing when exiting and entering your vehicle if the person parked next to you is doing the same.
Yes, we have multiple automatic touch-free hand sanitiser stations on site for your use throughout the building.
An enhanced cleaning regime will be implemented with increased frequency with daily deep cleans conducted during events, including effective waste management.
Signage and barriers will be utilised where required.
Clear signage is in place to indicate which toilets, urinals, sinks, and hand dryers are in use to cater for social distancing.
Our catering will be operating effective distancing measures, one-way systems, managed seating areas and a cashless payment service.
To support a reduction in touch points and cross contamination the venue will not be operating a cloakroom.
The organiser has identified the risk areas and has made the following adjustments:
- Wider aisles
- 1m + spacing within the conference room and seated features areas
- Separation between the entrance and exit out of Hall 1
- Increased circulation space
- Additional signage to increase awareness of government advice
- Larger Catering Areas for queuing and extra space between the tables
- Larger outdoor exhibition area
Our modern Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system draws fresh air in from outside the building, avoiding the recirculation of air.
Following Government guidance, ITT Hub can go ahead as planned under step 3 with a restriction on numbers. This being 1,000 people indoors and up to 4,000 people outdoors.
