Q How do I register to take part in the conference?
A All visitors who register for ITT Hub 2020 are automatically registered for the Future Logistics Conference. Both are free to attend. You can register to attend ITT Hub 2020 by clicking here.
Q Am I able to book attendance at individual sessions?
A Attendance at each session of the conference is on a “first come, first served” basis, so it is not possible to book places for individual sessions. You simply turn up, have your visitor badge scanned, and attend a particular session.
Q Where will the conference take place in relation to the exhibition?
A The ITT Hub 2020 exhibition will take place at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre. The conference sessions will take place in four different conference rooms, which are all immediately adjacent to the main indoor exhibition hall.
Q Where will the different conference streams take place?
A Each of the four conference streams have been allocated individual conference rooms. The location of each room will be clearly signposted at the venue during both days of ITT Hub 2020.
Q Do I have to attend sessions in just one stream or can I mix and match?
A Visitors to ITT Hub 2020 are free to choose how many conference sessions they attend and can mix and match between streams. Many visitors will want to allow time both to participate in the conference programme and to walk around the indoor and outdoor exhibition space.
Q How can I schedule my attendance during the day?
A The full programme is detailed on this website, which is searchable by conference stream, session title, content, speaker name, or session venue. There is also a facility which allows you to add individual sessions to your personal calendar or diary.
Q Is the conference programme from day one repeated on day two?
A No – there are different programmes across each of the four conference streams on both days. Again, the programme detailed on the website will allow you to tailor the sessions to your requirements/itinerary.
Q Can I attend the conference on either or both days?
A Yes – you can come on either or both days to suit your plans and it is completely free!
Q Demand for Tim Peake’s keynote speech will be high – will I get a seat?
A We are expecting a large audience for Tim Peake’s keynote address, but it will be held in the largest conference room at Farnborough, with extra seating also laid out for his session. We do advise that you get there nice and early to avoid disappointment though!
